The Leadership Program is the ideal extension for our KGC graduated campers. Throughout the years KGC staff found a huge need for the campers to continue the character development journey that they have started throughout the camps. Being part of this Leadership Program enables the participants to learn and apply all what they have learned on a larger scale through a well-organized program, dedicated leaders and life coaches.
The program started in 2010 with 21 students and it has been an ongoing successful experience since then. The program has helped the participants grow their personalities, prioritize their commitments, discover their life goals, expand their limits and live with genuine moral values. The program’s objective is to coach and mentor our participants so that they can live their life to the fullest potential in all different aspects (physically, psychologically and mentally).
The Leadership program is being continued this year for youth ages 17 to 19 (31/07/2000) to (31/07/1998).
It’s a 10 months program, where you will run a race alongside an inspiring group of people. You will be challenged to unleash your dreams and reach your maximum potential.
Our program is aiming to create a unique network of true leaders as well as equipping them with life changing leadership qualities.
